What We Do
Production
As producers, we bring stories to life with creativity, care, and a commitment to quality. With a strong network, we collaborate with passionate storytellers to create meaningful, impactful content—always with an inclusive, female-led approach.
Powerful Stories
Discover the untold stories that resonate with your heart and soul through a female-led lens.
At Normal Girl, we create authentic, empowering dramas and documentaries that explore the complexities of the human experience, bringing real, meaningful stories to the forefront.
Networking
Our monthly Normal Girl Club networking events began as women-only gatherings, designed to create a safe space where women in the industry could connect, share experiences, and feel seen. We wanted to provide an environment where women could find collaborators in a fun and supportive setting.
However, we’ve come to realise that fully excluding men doesn’t align with the inclusive vision of the Normal Girl Club. That’s why we now also host mixed networking events each month.
Our Events
Our monthly Normal Girl Club networking events started out as women only events to create a safe space for women from the industry to connect, share experiences, and feel seen. We wanted women to be able to find collaborators in a fun and inviting environment. However, we’ve realised that having events that completely exclude men don’t align with the goals of the Normal Girl Club, which is why we now also additionally host mixed networking events monthly as well.
The goal is to create a safe space for everyone to find collaborators, inspire each other, and find solutions to challenges all together.

Our Networking Guidelines
Book a ticket - the event space has a limit on the number of guests, so we appreciate people booking to give us an estimate on numbers.
Reach out - send Jasmin or Tom a message if you are unsure on anything about the event.
You can come - yes, you! With little or even no industry experience, you’re welcome to come and see what it’s about.
Be friendly - we are working hard to create a friendly atmosphere which everyone feels comfortable and welcome in, this means back to basics - be polite, no judgement, and time for everyone to speak.
Be nervous - we’re nervous! Nerves are natural in a networking environment. If you are more experienced or confident, grab someone who looks nervous for a chat, confidence is infectious.

Echoes
This short film explores the once intertwined lives of three young adults coming together months after the death of Lily – their best friend, girlfriend, and sister. As they come to grapple with just how far their lives have drifted apart, each one tries to find their own way of dealing with the grief and remembering Lily. Raw and intimate, ECHOES explores the complicated nature of loss, its effect on our relationships, and the solace found in shared memories.
